Log in to your Tomorrowland account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
